You can ask for a refund of any tokens you have not used within 14 days of buying them. We refund the unused part of the pack to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your request.
Tokens are digital content that is supplied immediately. When you buy, you agree that we start supplying them straight away and that you lose your right to cancel for the tokens you go on to use. Used tokens are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
If a job fails and nothing is made, its tokens go back on your balance automatically. If a result is broken, or you were charged and did not get it, contact us and we will put it right - by returning the tokens or refunding the money.
Email the contact address on our contact page with your username and roughly when you paid. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
